Dedicated technical adaptation

Corrosive gas Industrial auxiliary workshop The stain is designed with a “slot-edge exhaust hood + enclosed enclosure” to ensure that corrosive gases have no escape. The entire workshop maintains a slight negative pressure and is equipped with FRP-material variable-frequency exhaust fans, along with a tiered purification system.

Aerospace Testing Workshop The high-temperature testing workshop for components is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant ventilation system, featuring ceramic-material fans and ducts, coupled with inert gas protection to prevent oxidation of the test specimens. The low-pressure simulation workshop’s ventilation system is linked to vacuum equipment to maintain stable atmospheric pressure within the workshop, ensuring the accuracy of test data.

Customized services Based on the industry’s specific process requirements, we provide end-to-end services covering “needs assessment - solution design - equipment customization - system integration - operation and maintenance training.” For example, we designed a waterproof, moisture-proof, and ventilated system for a deep-sea equipment testing workshop, and a dual-protection ventilation system—combining explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant features—for a lithium-battery production workshop, ensuring that the ventilation solutions are deeply aligned with the production processes.
