Core requirements

Room quietness, comfort in public areas, odor control in kitchens and bathrooms, and energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Dedicated technical adaptation

Smart Control for Guest Room Zones Each guest room is equipped with a standalone sensor and an inverter-controlled ventilation unit that automatically adjusts the airflow based on occupancy status. The fan features an ultra-low-noise design, with operating noise levels no higher than 35 dB, ensuring that it does not disturb guests’ rest.

Dynamic adaptation of public areas In areas such as the lobby, banquet hall, and conference rooms, the ventilation system is linked to pedestrian density sensors. During large-scale events, the airflow is automatically increased; after the event concludes, the airflow gradually decreases. In corridors and elevator lobbies, a dual-mode approach—combining timed operation with motion-sensor activation—is employed to balance energy savings with user experience.

Odor and Moisture Control The kitchen is equipped with a highly efficient fume purification system and a directional ventilation system that works in tandem with a make-up air system to maintain a slight negative pressure, thereby preventing the spread of cooking fumes. In the bathroom and pool areas, dehumidification and ventilation have been enhanced; humidity sensors continuously monitor the environment, and when the humidity exceeds 60%, the powerful exhaust fan automatically activates to prevent mold growth.
