Core requirements

Greenhouse temperature and humidity control, as well as CO₂ concentration regulation; odor and ammonia emission control in livestock and poultry farms; ventilation and moisture-proofing for grain storage facilities; dust control in agricultural product processing workshops; agricultural machinery supporting products.

Dedicated technical adaptation

Ventilation for Livestock and Poultry Farming and Grain Storage Livestock and poultry farms deploy ammonia sensors based on livestock density and combine them with wet curtain cooling systems. Grain storage facilities utilize a “ground-channel ventilation + circulating-air ventilation” system that automatically adjusts the duration of ventilation according to the temperature and moisture content of the grain piles, thereby reducing grain pile temperatures and preventing mold growth. The fans used in these systems feature low-noise designs to avoid disturbing the surrounding environment.

Agricultural Product Processing Dust Control The flour mill and feed mill workshops are equipped with a “central dust collection + localized dust extraction” system. Dust collection hoods are installed above equipment such as crushers and sifters, and the collected dust is conveyed through ducts to a central dust collector, where it is purified before being recirculated for reuse. Workshops are also fitted with dust concentration sensors; when the dust concentration exceeds the standard, the system automatically increases airflow and triggers an alarm to prevent dust explosions.
