5-90 Centrifugal Fan

The 5-90 centrifugal fan is characterized by high efficiency, moderate pressure, extremely large flow rate, and low noise. It is typically used in factories or large buildings where substantial air volumes need to be conveyed. This fan can both intake and discharge gases. The gases it conveys must be air or other non-flammable, non-explosive, non-tangling, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to steel materials. The gases must not contain any viscous substances, and the concentration of dust and hard particulate matter must not exceed 150 mg/m³. The gas temperature must not exceed 80℃.

Structural features

① Impeller — composed of 12 backward-curved, arc-shaped thin-blade blades, a curved front disc, and a flat rear disc.

② Transmission assembly—The main spindle is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing housing features an integral structure.

③ Air inlet—Made as an integral structure, fixed to one side of the fan with bolts; its cross-section parallel to the axis is curved.
